Lease terms for international students (for new tenants from 2025-04):
* Price depends on apartment and furniture.
* Lease contract types: Contract with fixed dates or permanent contract with 30 days notice period for termination of contract. (Termination date of contract does not have to be in even months but can be on any date).
* Electricity, heat, warm/cold water and fiber network included in rent. (Tenant needs to bring a private router+LAN cable).
* Pillow/duvet/bed-clothes/towel available upon request.
* No need for swedish personal number.
* No deposit.
